We've heard it over and over again about that day when we will not have the liberty to shop, buy, do business or trade as usual because the system of the world has changed. It has been a slow, strategic transition into the digital, moving us away from having a bulk of cash in our wallets, thus giving us a comfort of not being robbed. 

I recall when online shopping was globally introduced and the fear of being scammed by not receiving our product, service not being rendered or credit card information being stolen. Many people had these experiences, but as complaints and claims continued to be filed, likewise the enforcement of digital security for personal and sensitive information. Now we shop with just a click of the button and this transition has negatively affected the brick and mortar stores. Countless of people worldwide prefer to have their services online and items delivered to their front door, whether it is an apartment, home or business. 

Happy shopping and happy customers. Sadly, this will change one day, and this change can be sooner than we have prepared ourselves to embrace. What if we no longer have the liberty to enter that brick and mortar store or purchase our items by the click of a button? Are you prepared for a global discontinuance of cash, credit and debit cards? Are you able to survive if there is an immediate shutdown of the global trade system?  Here is when the shoes, bags, fancy cars, luxury homes, six digits account balances become irrelevant. You will be required to accept the change, meet the necessary requirements or lose everything.  The MARK - that says it is okay for you to continue working at that firm, operating your business, paying your mortgage or car note, living your comfortable life. 

Here is the flipside, without the mark, it is all gone. Are you prepared for this? There is no electricity, therefore, what is your back-up plan? Where are you going to live and how are you going to eat or what are you going to eat? Now your shoes, designer bags, luxury vehicles have no value because combined they are unable to keep the roof over your head or put food on your table. There will be a ban on shopping, investing, trade, utility services and whatever you need to maintain yourself or your family, operate your business or continue with your employment. It will happen!

This blog is to encourage you to start investing in products that will help you to survive off the grid. Start growing your own food, invest in solar products like small panels, solar lights, and appliances that can be charged using a USB cable and solar panel. Dehydration of fruits, vegetables and lentils and storing other foods in mason jars should be your focus. Instead of building your wardrobe, invest in your pantry. Instead of living for the moment or that special event, start focusing on your future survival. The change or shift will happen, banning TRADE in the manner we now do it. The question that must be answered is, "Are You Prepared?"
